Route #1
-/+ 4 HOURS
The first route is the quickest and most scenic path. Stretch your legs by visiting the Bedugul Traditional Market and Alun Danu Temple. Then after Wanagiri Pass, head west along a road high above the twin lakes Buyan and Tamblingan. Enjoy the picturesque journey through charming villages like Munduk, famous for its waterfall, and Banyuatis, known for its coffee. Continue through Gunungsari, Mayong, Rangdu, and Ringdikit before reaching the historic Seririt market town. Follow the coastal road westward to arrive at peaceful Pemuteran.
Route #2
-/+ 4 HOURS
Discover an excellent alternative to the increasingly congested road through Bedugul and Munduk, which sees high traffic due to Lake Bratan visitors. The Pupuan route offers a more comfortable and less winding journey, with the only drawback being a stretch of the busy Gilimanuk-Denpasar road, heavily used by Java-bound traffic. Heading north towards Pupuan and Seririt after Selemadeg, you'll enjoy tranquil passages through captivating villages and stunning landscapes. Along the way, numerous scenic stops offer idyllic views of lush rice paddies. Once you pass Seririt, continue westward towards Pulaki Temple, tracing the picturesque coastline.
